Pre-contractual interim relief proceedings may be initiated from the beginning of the procurement procedure until the signing of the contract. Proceedings on the merits challenging the validity of the contract or certain severable clauses thereof may be brought within two months from the publication of the contract award notice. Contractual interim relief proceedings may be initiated within 31 days following the publication of the contract award notice. If no such notice has been published, the court may be seized up to the expiry of a six-month period starting from the day following the conclusion of the contract.
