Ceiling increase to framework contract EBA/2022/02/CSU/SER/OP

Description

This negotiated procedure EBA/2026/NP/0001 applies to the framework contract awarded to Lecadet (SARL EXUPERY) under the previous procurement procedure EBA/2022/02/CSU/SER/OP. In application of Point 11.1(e) Annex I to the Financial Regulation, the maximum amount of framework contract EBA/2022/02/CSU/SER/OP signed between the European Banking Authority and Lecadet is increased by EUR 214 000 (from an initial amount of EUR 825 000 to the new amount of EUR 1 039 000). The framework contract ceiling increase is formalised in Amendment 1 to the framework contract.
